  1. Qualifications Required

  • Applicants should achieve relatively outstanding academic accomplishments and have the qualifications for the position. These who apply for professor positions should not be over 45 years old, 38 years old for associate professors, 35 years old for instructors and 32 years old for teaching post doctorates.

  • These who achieved remarkable research findings could join BJTU’s “Young Talents Cultivation Plan” through selections and enjoy corresponding subsidies and supporting policies. The period for the cultivation is 3 years.
