On the afternoon of October 11, 2016, Vice President LIU Jun met with the delegation from Suranaree University of Technology, Thailand, led by President Prasart Suebka.
On behalf of BJTU, LIU Jun extended welcome to the guests and introduced the history, development situation, strength discipline and international cooperation of BJTU. He hoped that both sides would conduct in-depth cooperation on faculty training and establishment of joint laboratories.
Prasart Suebka said Suranaree University of Technology values the future cooperation with BJTU. He hoped that both parties would carry out practical cooperation on joint research and student exchange.
Before the meeting, the guests visited the State Key Laboratory of Rail Traffic Control and Safety.
Principals from the School of Traffic and Transportation, State Research Center of Rail Transit Training and Accreditation and Office of International Affairs were also present at the meeting.
