Delegation from the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, Thailand, Visited BJTU

On December 16, 2015, Vice President CHEN Feng met with the delegation of six people led by Prof. Wanchai Rattanawong (Senior Vice President) and Prof. Sataporn Amornsawaswattana (Vice President) of the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce.

CHEN Feng introduced BJTU's contributions in the active participation of Thai railway construction including the training for Thai railway operation and management officers. He hoped that both sides would take the recent holding of the ground-breaking ceremony of China-Thailand high-speed railway project as opportunity, to carry out cooperation on joint talent cultivation and faculty training.

Prof. Wanchai Rattanawong introduced the university scale, strength discipline and scientific research of the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce. He hoped that both sides would carry out railway collaborations on talent cultivation and scientific research on the basis of complementary advantages.

Principals from the Center for International Education, School of Traffic and Transportation and School of Economics and Management were also present at the meeting.

The guests also visited the Transportation Equipments Teaching Hall, National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Traffic and Transportation and the University Museum.
