On October 18, 2015, the 7th International Forum for University Presidents on Information and Communication Technology Education 2015 was held at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.

NING Bin was invited to give a keynote report entitled "Thinking of University Talent Cultivation of in the Era of Mobile Internet", elaborating on the opportunities and Challenges of higher education brought by mobile internet, the exploration of mobile internet teaching of BJTU as well as putting forward suggestions for the combination of internet and higher education, which was widely approved of at the forum.

During the forum, NING Bin also discussed the pros & cons and development trend of MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) education, the teaching mode and teaching method innovation in the mobile internet environment as well as the objective and target of talent cultivation in the mobile internet era with the presented participants.

During the closing ceremony of the forum, the host announced that the 8th International Forum for University Presidents on Information and Communication Technology Education would be held at BJTU, as one of the sequence of events to celebrate the 120th anniversary of the founding of Beijing Jiaotong University.

Principals from the Office of International Affairs were also present at the forum.
