On July 4, 2015, the Beijing Jiaotong University Commencement 2015 was held at the stadium. All the BJTU leaders including CAO Guoyong, Chairman of the University Council, President NING Bin, members of BJTU Academic Degree Evaluation Committee and WANG Gang, Secretary of Shunyi District Committee of the CPC attended the ceremony. Principals from relevant schools, offices, graduating class instructors, teachers, representing parents, 3323 undergraduates and over 500 higher vocational graduates were also present at the ceremony.
