Closing Ceremony of the Training of Indian Railway Officers on Heavy-haul Technology (3rd Program) Held at BJTU



On the morning of April 10, 2015, the Closing Ceremony of the Training of Indian Railway Officers on Heavy-haul Technology (3rd Program) was held at the Transportation Experiment Center, School of Traffic and Transportation.

Vice President LIU Jun attended and addressed the ceremony. Prof. NIE Lei, Dean of the School of Traffic and Transportation and 20 Indian participants were also present at the ceremony. The closing ceremony was moderated by Prof. SUN Dongmei, Vice Chairman of the School Council.



During the ceremony, LIU Jun conferred the graduate certificates to the participants and NIE Lei presented the souvenirs.

The 12-day training program covers 10 lectures on heavy-haul railway and also arranged on-site visits to Beijing South Railway Station, Beijing-Harbin High Speed Railway, Qiqihar Railway Rolling Stock Company, Shuohuang Railway Company as well as the State Key Laboratory of Rail Traffic Control and Safety at BJTU.

Principals from the Office of International Affairs, School of Traffic and Transportation and National Accreditation & Training Research Center of Rail Transit were also present at the closing ceremony.
