On the morning of March 15th , guided by the Ministry of Science and Technology of People’s Republic of China and Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, Thailand , and organized by CRRC Qingdao Sifang Co.,Ltd., China and Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR), the Signing Ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding of China-Thailand High Speed Railway Teaching Program was successfully held in hybrid format. Vice President of BJTU Prof. GUAN Zhongliang was invited to attend this signing ceremony and signed the MoU on behalf of BJTU with 9 universities, enterprise and research institute including Southwest Jiaotong University (SWJTU), Central South University (CSU) , King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) , Suranaree University of Technology (SUT) , Chiang Mai University (CMU) , Rajamangala University of Technology Isan Khon Kaen Campus (KKC.RMUTI) and Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTSV) to launch the teaching and training program on railway technology between China and Thailand.
