Delegation from Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi, Thailand, Visited BJTU

On September 17th, President WANG Jiaqiong met with the delegation from Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi (RUS), Thailand, led by President PAISAL BURINWATTHANA and signed MoU between BJTU and RUS.

Firstly, President WANG Jiaqiong extended welcome to the delegates for the visit. He gave an introduction to the history, talent cultivation, scientific research and service for national rail transport development of BJTU. He pointed out that both countries share long-term cooperation in railway. He hoped that through this visit, both sides would carry out student and faculty mutual visits, talent cultivation, joint research and railway training in the future.

PAISAL BURINWATTHANA expressed gratitude to BJTU for the hospitality and introduced the history, discipline feature and talent cultivation of RUS. He spoke highly of the achievements BJTU has made in the service for national rail transport development. He hoped that through the MoU signing, both sides would carry out comprehensive cooperation in terms of talent cultivation, scientific research as well as railway technology training. He also welcomed BJTU to visit RUS in the future.

After the meeting, both sides have signed the MoU. The delegation also visited the Transportation Equipment Teaching Hall and the University Museum.

Vice President GUAN Zhongliang and principals from the School of Traffic and Transportation, Office of International Affairs, Center for International Education and National Education and Service Center of Transportation Technology were also present at the meeting.
