CHEN Ziji, Male, Han Ethnicity, was born in November 1966. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He has a postgraduate education and holds a doctoral degree. He is also a research fellow.

Mr. CHEN Ziji has previously served, in chronological order, as Deputy Director, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China National Academy of Educational Sciences, Director of China Education Research and Development Center, Director of the Department of Vocational and Adult Education, Director of the Department of Finance of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.

He is currently the Secretary of the CPC BJTU Committee.
