GAO Liang, Male, Han Ethnicity, was born in February 1968. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He has a postgraduate education and holds a doctoral degree. He is also a professor and doctoral supervisor at BJTU.

Prof. GAO Liang has served, in chronological order, as faculty member at the School of Civil Engineering of Northern Jiaotong University; Vice Dean and Dean at the School of Civil Engineering of Beijing Jiaotong University. He is currently a member of the Standing CPC BJTU Committee and Vice President of Beijing Jiaotong University.

Part-time functions: He is also the Vice Chairman of the Rail Transit Section of China Civil Engineering Society, member of the Railway Section of China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization and China Railway BIM Alliance.
