LAN Xiaoxia, Female, Han Ethnicity, was born in November 1972. She is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). She has a postgraduate education and holds a doctoral degree. She is also a research fellow and doctoral supervisor.

Prof. LAN Xiaoxia has served, in chronological order, as Student Counselor at the Department of Physics, Deputy Secretary at the Youth League Committee of the Liberal Arts College, Secretary of the Party Committee Office, Deputy Head of the Information Department of the President’s Office at Northern Jiaotong University; Head of the Information Department of the President’s Office, Deputy Director of the President’s Office, Director of the Publicity Department of the Party Committee, Director of the Office of Policy Studies of Beijing Jiaotong University. She is currently a member of the Standing CPC BJTU Committee, Director of the Publicity Department and the United Front Department of Beijing Jiaotong University.

Part-time functions: She is also a member of China Association of Higher Education, Vice Chairman & Secretary-General of the Publicity Work Research Section of China Association of Higher Education, Vice Chairman of the Art Education Committee of the Chinese Society of Educational Development Strategy, Standing Member of the Education News and Broadcast Committee of the Chinese Society of Educational Development Strategy.
