ZHAO Peng, Male, Han Ethnicity, was born in March 1967. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He has a postgraduate education and holds a doctoral degree. He is also a professor and doctoral supervisor at BJTU.

Prof. ZHAO Peng has served, in chronological order, as faculty member of the Department of Transportation Sciences of Northern Jiaotong University, Deputy Director of the Office of Research, General Manager of the Beijing Jiaoda Assets Management Co., Ltd, Secretary of the Party Branch, Director of the President’s Office of Beijing Jiaotong University. He is currently a member of the Standing CPC BJTU Committee and Vice President of Beijing Jiaotong University.

Part-time functions: He is also the Vice Chairman of the China Association of Metros, Vice Chairman of Beijing Jeme Tien Yow Development Foundation for Science and Technology, member of the China Local Railway Association, Vice Chairman of the Emerging Rail Transit Section of the China Local Railway Association, Board Director of Beijing Jiaoda Assets Management Co., Ltd.
