On October 22, 2015, Vice President LIU Jun met with the delegation from Youngstown State University, U.S. led by Prof. Martin Abraham (Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs). Both sides reviewed the cooperation history, reached consensuses on further expanding cooperative areas and student exchange programs as well as signed the cooperation agreement of graduate programs.  

Principals from the School of Distant Learning and Continuing Education and Office of International Affairs were also present at the meeting.
